Shipping policy

Where we deliver FITBOL currently delivers within Mumbai only. We do not ship outside Mumbai or internationally at this time. If your delivery location falls outside our service area, please contact us before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery within Mumbai is typically completed within 7–8 business days of order confirmation. Large equipment may require additional scheduling, which our team will coordinate with you directly.

Delivery of large equipment Heavy and bulky items (racks, rigs, benches, machines) are delivered by arrangement. Our team will contact you to confirm a delivery slot and access requirements.

Shipping charges Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
